Margarita
Margarita Lazareva was born in 1966 in Russia near Moscow in Zukhovskiy. She started to learn and play music at the age of five.
By 1986 she finishes the school of arts and musical college with both distinctions in Piano and in Musical theory.
In 1986 Margarita enters the Russian Academy of Music Gnesin, attending the classes of the famous teacher Valentina Evgenievna Zvereva who has brought up so many laureates.
In 1992 Margarita graduates with honors with the following four degrees: Concert Soloist, Soloist of chamber ensemble, Concertmaster and Teacher.
Margarita’s pedagogical and performing career developed successfully. In 1995 she was invited by Elena Stuart to be the concertmaster of the Academic chorus “Credo”.
From this moment as a concertmaster, Margarita Lazareva and “Credo” begun to participate to competitions and festivals in Russia (Kazan, Odessa, Moscow), Poland and Sweden.
She collected at competitions and festivals activities several diplomas as concertmaster. In 1999 at an international competition in Poland, Margarita has been awarded specialty price for ” artistry and virtuosity “.
In Margarita’s musical life, the meeting with the beautiful vocalist and remarkable musician Oxana Panchenko, played a huge role. This meeting lead to the formation in 2005 of a performing duet which has begun to play concerts and participate to music competitions in cities of Russia, Switzerland, France.
In November 2008, they produce their first disc: ” The Perls of world classical ” which includes songs of the World and Russian classical music.
In 2009 Margarita Lazareva and Oxana Panchenko’s performing duet has been awarded 1-st price at an international competition in Russia and the special diploma for “deep opening of the musical image “.
The extensive repertoir of a duet includes more than 100 songs classical music for voice and piano, as well as songs from the russian and ukrainian
